My Top 3 Most Interested Games Shown At The 3.8.18 Nintendo Direct *VIDEO INCLUDED AT THE END

Super Smash Bros.jpg

Nintendo Direct was good. It looks like 2018 will be another good year for the Nintendo Switch. There seems to be at least one game launching every month or two. In this video, I wanted to talk about my top 3 most interested games coming to Switch.

South Park coming to Switch

I can’t wait for Super Smash Bros! Another game that is coming is South Park: The Fractured But Whole. I love the TV show. And last is Dark Souls: Remastered. I have never played the trilogy. I hope 2018 does indeed to turnout to be a good year for Nintendo.

So far, I am still happy with purchasing my Switch. I think many fans will be, as well. And I hope you enjoyed reading this. Thank you for reading.

Watch the Vlog.

Super Smash Bros is Coming to Switch This Year

My first thought when watching it was, “They must be showing off a third DLC pack off,” or “Oh, it’s the remaster Edition of Splatoon.” Ignore that I said Splatoon “HD” as I have no idea why I said HD when I knew it was already in HD. Anyway, it turned out to be Super Smash Bros.

Super Smash Bros. is currently scheduled to release later this year. It will be available for the Nintendo Switch. Little is known about the game. No one knows outside of Nintendo if this is a port, a new game, or both. When I say both, I figure it is the 3DS and Wii U versions combined but with an Adventure Mode added and new characters.

Nonetheless, you can catch my reaction in the video. I do want to let you know I look forward to this game. I may not show it in the video but note that I do not like to yell into my mic, even with a wind blocker. I like editing. But I do not do the fancy special effects.

Here is a glimpse of the Nintendo Direct with commentary:

The Former CEO of GameStop died at 53, reported by Polygon. Paul Raines was appointed CEO in 2010. But Raines stepped down back in November of last year. He was treated for a brain tumour in 2014. However, on Sunday, March 4, he had passed away sadly.

No matter what opinions you have towards how GameStop has been operating these past several years, it would be very disrespectful to celebrate his death. There are some things I don’t like about GameStop from when I was younger. However, he was still cared for his job and the video game industry. Therefore, I wanted to write about this recent tragedy.

FINAL FANTASY XV Is Available Today For PC

FINAL FANTASY XV: Windows Edition is out today. As long as you have either Origin, Steam, access to the Windows Store, or Windows 10 and have a powerful GPU, you should be able to play this game.

The game released first on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at the end of 2016. It sold well, too with over 2 Million units. There is also a the Pocked Edition on smart phones. Now though, it is on PC.

The game is a hefty download. It is probably the largest game to fill up my storage the most. 75 GB is a lot. That’s not all. Access to 4K features will include an additional download. So, that should be well over 100 GB. But I thought it was worth it.

Nintendo Switch First Year Anniversary – How Did the Switch Do In Its First 12 Months?

One Year Later Nintendo Switch

One year later marks the first year anniversary of the Nintendo Switch, March 3, 2018. How did the Switch do in its first 12 months? What games will come out later this year? Let’s discuss.

Nintendo had a fantastic first year with the Switch. Almost every month, at least one first-party title was released. So many games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8: Deluxe, ARMS, and Super Mario Odyssey all released in the same year and can now be played anywhere on the Nintendo Switch.

As for third-party games, many of them released, as well. Despite many of them being ports or remasters like LA Noire from Rock Star, Pay Day 2, DOOM and The Elder Scrolls V: Skryim both from Bethesda, Rayman Legends from Ubisoft and even Minecraft from Microsoft, they all launched on Switch in 2017. Take note that some of these remasters or ports launched on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well. Many of these also happened to release in the same few months. Newer games were released, too, of course. You can play Sonic Mania, Sonic Forces, Snake Pass, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle from Ubisoft (This was licensed by Nintendo.), FIFA 18 from EA, and NBA 2K18 from Take-Two Interactive, just to name a handful.

On January 31, 2018, it was reported by Nintendo as of December 31 of last year or New Year’s Eve, Switch has outsold the Wii U in just ten months and also sold an amazing amount of 14.86 million units. That is very impressive for Nintendo, especially for one of their consoles.
